Each quotation has its due date.
The sales person or the person who created a quotation should check if the due date is over on quotation.
This task is "every day" and all quotations should be updated.

If the project is ordered but customer do not accept online
The person in charge can
send quotation again to the customer and remind to accept order online
change the status of quotation "accepted"

If the project is not ordered but the due date is over. Still possible to get order.
The person in charge can change the expiry date. Open the quotation, choose "revise" from the menu, then change the expiry date of the quotation.
